Terms and Conditions

For larger groups, additional experienced Stocherkahn drivers may be arranged so the requested trip can be carried out. All guests must follow the driver’s safety instructions on board, during boarding and when leaving the boat.

Delays by the group reduce the booked trip time. Payment is made as agreed, usually in cash after the trip or by invoice. Trips may be cancelled shortly before departure if weather, current or water level make safe operation impossible; the same right is granted to guests in such weather conditions.

Liability is excluded for damage that the driver is not responsible for. Damage caused by unsafe or irresponsible behavior by guests must be borne by the responsible group.
